I found a solution on the internet that works: 1. Go to **System Settings > Accessibility > Display > Cursor**. 2. Turn off "Shake mouse pointer to locate". However, after my MacBook enters sleep mode or the screen saver activates for a while, the green tint comes back. The only way to fix it is to turn "Shake mouse pointer to locate" on and off again. fuck apple.
